"Jamie at 7db has been a breath of fresh air - using scanning and 3D modelling, and actually listening to what we want and how we use our house - he has challenged us and helped us reach a design that we probably wouldn’t have thought possible, whilst at the same time keeping us grounded - also when looking for an architect he was the only one who asked what our budget was at the outset!

The use of technology to help us visualise the impacts of various ideas through 3D modelling (‘dolls houses’) adds another layer of understanding and confidence that the final design is right for us - and his industry experience has helped us understand the cost implications of some ideas and more cost effective solutions to some of our challenges

Phasing the engagement has also given us confidence and the ability to review at each stage rather than having to commit right at the start before we even knew whether we could achieve what we wanted
